Interlock Door Control

Interlock Door Control สำหรับห้องปลอดฝุ่น ซึ่งมีประตู 2 ชั้น โดยชุดควบคุมจะควบคุมการเปิดประตูได้ทีละ 1 บานเท่านั้น เมื่อประตูบานแรกถูกเปิด ประตูบานที่ 2 จะเปิดไม่ได้ จนกว่าประตูบานแรกจะปิดสนิท ประตูบานที่ 2 จึงจะเปิดได้

ในภาพเป็นชุดต้นแบบ Door Inter Lock ที่ออกแบบและติดตั้งใช้งานจริง ณ โรงงานผลิตไอซีแห่งหนึ่ง

ในภาพนี้มีกล่องไฟสีแดง - เขียว ถ้าเป็นไฟสีแดงจะไม่สามารถผลักประตูเข้าไปได้ ไฟสีเขียวผลักเปิดเข้าไปได้

ในวงจรเลือกใช้สวิทชิ่งพาวเวอร์ซัพพลาย เพื่อให้สามารถจ่ายไฟให้ได้เต็มกำลัง
